Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

30-Day Returns. You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

How to start a return. Email us at hello@homefulgoods.com with your order number and a short note about the issue. We'll reply within 24-48 hours with the next steps. Please don't ship anything back before contacting us.

Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days to appear.

Damaged or wrong items. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you - no need to return it.

Return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we cover it.
