Homeful is a small online shop for the things that make a normal day run a little smoother. Not gadgets you use once and forget — the egg rack you open every morning, the mat you stand on while dinner cooks, the lamp that makes your desk feel like yours.

How we pick what we sell

We only add a product when it answers a real, specific annoyance. A sink that keeps clogging. A brush that spreads pet hair instead of collecting it. Oil that pours out faster than you wanted. If a product doesn't solve something you'd actually complain about, it doesn't make it into the catalog.

We keep the range deliberately small. Fourteen products we can stand behind beats a thousand we've never looked at.

What you get, every time

• Free shipping. On every order, with no minimum. It's not a promotion — it's just how we sell.
• 30 days to change your mind. Return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement, no reason needed. The item just needs to be unused and in its original packaging.
• Something arrives damaged? Send us a photo within 48 hours and we replace it or refund you in full — no need to send it back. You don't pay for our mistake.
• A real person answers. Write to us and you'll hear back within 24-48 hours — from a human, not a ticket robot.

Being straight with you

We're an online store, not a factory. We work with international suppliers and ship directly to you, which is exactly why we can keep prices where they are and shipping free. It also means delivery takes longer than a next-day marketplace — typically 7-15 business days after dispatch, occasionally up to 20. We'd rather tell you that up front than surprise you after you've paid.
